The parts that usually happen outside the software.
Agencies told us where the work actually piles up — the medication schedule, the money held on a family's behalf, and the donor pool. All three are in the platform now, at no extra cost.
Medication reminders she can answer
Set a protocol once — twice daily until told otherwise — and every dose is reminded on her own phone, in her own time zone, by WhatsApp or SMS. She confirms or skips with one tap and can attach a photo, so nobody has to chase her, and a late dose escalates on its own.
Escrow, with the working shown
What a family has paid in, what has been spent on their behalf, and what is left — on one page they can read themselves. Expenses are recorded in pesos and dollars at the rate on the day they were spent, so last month's figure never quietly changes.
Your own egg donor database
Keep your donors in the platform rather than a spreadsheet or an outside bank. Families browse anonymised profiles and never see a name, an address or her photograph — in its place, an AI likeness built from her recorded traits. Enforced by the software, not by remembering.
Shape it to your agency
The journey is yours to edit: rename, reorder, add or remove steps, and switch modules — appointments, notes, documents — on or off per step. The platform bends to how your programme runs, not the other way around.

Every agency runs on its own dedicated database. One agency's client and case data is never in the same store as another's — isolation by architecture, not policy.
