How billing works
Nothing is collected when you request a trial. Once your workspace is open you add a card from inside the app, and it is kept securely on file — nothing is charged up front. At the end of each calendar month we count your active cases and surrogates as they stand on that day, apply your free trial allowance, and charge the card for the metered total. Staff accounts are free, so they never appear on your bill. No invoices to chase, no seats to reconcile — the bill simply reflects the size of your program that month.
